Thanks for such a quick response, I appreciate it.

I have been reading a lot on here, and learning a ton. So much great information.

I just spotted J Scott's posting from Feb 10th, 2013 about: asking if some Mentors wanted to compete with mentoring students for a few months and coach them thru some deals, while sharing mentoring tips, educational materials, etc.. He also mentioned a larger group monthly mentoring session in addition to the 1:1.

Just wanted to know if the Mentors were going to start something like that, I would be very interested, as a student.

Was very curious about a Mentoring competition that was being organized by @J Scott. The thread was closed, and have not been able to find to much more about it on here.

I hope I am not too late, to apply as a student. I have been gaining a ton of useful knowledge from some experts on here, and would very much like to know the status of the competition.

That is great information. I am looking for different avenues to market to.

With your title transfer lists from title companies, How do you analyze this list of recent transfers? How do you pick the ones to market to? What's your criteria that you have found to be the most successful?

Good to hear that you are from the tundra as well. ha ha. We currently are working with REO's. We have the Proofed Up Buyers. At this stage in the game, we are looking for verifiable, and real product sources. Which is not the easiest thing to do.
