So I live in St. Louis MO, and I'm trying to find my first house hack off market because I can't find anything on market. Would someone in the St. Louis area help me find a duple, triple, or 4 plex with FHA. I'm hoping to create a great relationship and partnership for the coming years as well.

What are your guys thoughts on joining the bigger pocket membership? I just don’t want to join because people just want money because I don’t have the money to waste, just trying to get started. What you get out of it?

So I finally will be buying my first property in MO and I’m trying to figure what to do it best. I got approved for $140k and when I pick the house should I live there for a year or 2 and then sell it for profit after I fix it up? I know how to do all the construction work so I save money there. Is this how you get started in real estate since I cant get a duplex or anything like that? Please help I want to move forward with my goals.

So I’m looking for something I can house hack to help me get started into Realeastae. I don’t think I can get approved for a loan until October because I will be at my job for a year. I’m super excited and very motivated to get into becoming financially free at some point. Can I get some helpful tips and tricks and who to talk to so I can learn more and know what to look for!

Thank you so much in advance.

@Chris Fillingham I live in St. Louis and have my whole life. I’m looking to get started in the real-estate and would love to maybe flip or rent out property I was hoping to do a duplex! I am a super hard working and a full time union plumber.

I was wondering if you could help me by getting in touch with me and starting out in the right path for investing. I haven't bought my first house yet so I can still use a FHA loan I think it's called.

Please help I would love anything and would be so thankful for it.
