Dmitriy Fomichenko when I had left my previous job, my 401k was moved into the annuity. But the annuity only makes 3% a year so I'd like to move the money out of the annuity and invest it in real estate. So in order to do that, I need to move the money from the annuity into a self-directed IRA which can be combined with the SEP IRA? Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks!

Dmitriy Fomichenko thanks dmitriy! The money in my annuity was rolled over from a 401k. With that being the case, can I now roll it over into a self-directed IRA and use the money to invest in real estate?

Hi I have a Roth IRA, a SEP IRA and an annuity. Am I able to invest in real estate with these? I am not making a good return in these investment vehicles so I'd rather use that money to buy real estate. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
