Hi,

I found a couple of houses that I like they're abandoned I found the owners and now what do I say to get them to sell me the house for a cheap price. I'm quiet new at this game any input would be appreciated. thanks

Miami had a bad tornado some time in January. My neighbors have a wooden fence that fell on my property. They're renters. I talked to the tenants and the renters said they called the landlord several times and now he's not answering their phone calls. I called 311 to make a complaint and they gave me an 800 # which no one answers. This has been going on almost a month and I think the landlord should fix the fence. The fence is 20 yrs old. How to fix this problem my yard looks bad because of this what to do?

I'm looking to do business with a hard money lender. I found them on the internet they told me they need $250 to find out about my finances before they lend me any money. Is this normal practice?
