Will 179k be enough that you could buy two properties and have money to hold in savings. You could buy one property to rent out for passive income and one to rehabb and flip. There was a webinar on Bigger Pockets tonight titled: How To Analyze A Fix And Flip Deal And Avoid Getting Burned. You may want to watch it. @J. Scott book Estimate Rehab Cost ( I believe that is the correct title check to be sure) was mentioned in the webinar. It could be helpful.
