@Alex Furini we actually have been using tenant cloud for 2 years. But 2 of our tenants don’t like to use the internet and I can’t force them otherwise it would be much easier.

@Mary Mitchell yes we do have an account only for rental income/expenses. At the moment we just have our tenants mailing rent to our P.O. Box. so instead of flying in every month to pickup rent we will most lIkely try the bank deposit method. Thanks for the advice

@Richard Sherman yes I do agree. Although I’m not ruling out hiring a PM especially if we can get a good deal, but as you said with the things in order self-managing could work.

@Richard Sherman yes that is what I’m thinking of doing as the bank we use is close to the property
