Is your transaction double closing with the funding from only one side or so called " dry closing" ?   double closing with both side funded is not an issue at all for most title co.

Brain:  I heard that people rent the rooms to Pilot and crew staff for short term stay and making good $.  But they are running it under the radar since the township will not allow more than 2 unrelated people live in single house and also may have insurance issue. How airbnb get around that?
