Ned Carey how can I search this property to get all required info I need

I have my first probate lead, seller is very much motivated but do to health issues really can't get around we have built a solid relationship and he wants me to sell his property. The next step is where I'm having problems the mother passed away an two sons are still alive both up in age one is in nursing home the other is lead source but also elderly the property is still in mothers name how can I wholesale the property. Any information would be greatly appreciated thanks

I am looking to gain some informative knowledge on taking a loan on my residence which was given to me by a family member, to purchase a investment property. When applying for these loans is it based off of my credit or the assets. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Who buy properties in the Baltimore area I believe this will provide some direction in finding homes that there is high demand for. What types of properties are you interested in purchasing from a wholesaler in the Baltimore area.

Daggett thank you for the feedback, Tim, yes, I am a newbie wholesaler and I do agree I need a mentor which I have not found just yet I'm already being active in the field and looking to work with anyone who knows more than i do about Real Estate. Also data entry for me is kind of crazy is there any systems I can use to help keep things more organized address, names ,etc..
