Yes, I am seeing the same phenomenon in DFW. In fact renting seems to be taking longer besides the rents being flat. But I feel this will change soon since there was a spurt of buying when interest rates were low and that seems to have mellowed out.

Google Chrome. I tried on IE and that one is fine.

I tried on IE browser and it works fine, on Google Chrome it does not.

Tried that, does not work for me. Maybe I will try a different browser.

Doug, thanks for the valuable process and cost info. You are right all lawyers are not the same. I am talking to a few and they are very different in their approach and cost structure.
