Hello,
Is there anyone in or familiar with Indiana to guide me on how to purchase these properties? I would like to purchase my first property this way in hopes of scoring a great deal for a flip or rental. Thank you!

great advice @Hector Hernandez. can you explain in layman's terms how that 1031 exchange works? We are new to investing, but my goal is MFH and then Apartments.

Hi everyone,

I know there is the MLS (as well as the sites zillow, realtor, etc) and then there are "off-market" deals. I would like to know if there is a place online to find "off-market" deals or is it truly just talking to people, sending letters, wholesaling, etc? Thank you!

Grant Anderson has been doing this very successfully in our area, you can participate in his meeting at CIREIA once/month and he spoke at the main meeting last week. First meetings are free I believe and if you decide to join, and have no one else referring you...tell them I sent ya, I think we get a month free. But great club for beginners! We're new and I'm loving it. I also have a STR connect that knows a couple that are doing it and are teaching other people, if you want me to ask him for their info, I can.
