Thanks @Mike Duran and @Shaun Reilly! I'll check out the different Boston REIA's - very helpful. Mike, I'll give you a call this week.

Thanks!

Hello to Bigger Pockets! My name is Josh Reese and I'm a new investor in the Boston market, recently relocated from Chicago. I'm looking for a multi-family owning agent to help locate deals on the North Shore, specifically the Melrose/Wakefield area. Any suggestions on who to contact, please let me know! Thanks!

Hello to Bigger Pockets! My name is Josh Reese and I'm a new investor in the Chicago market. I'm an advertising professional making a long term financial plan with real estate as the centerpiece, but because of my job, I move around a decent amount. I've loved real estate for a long time and I'm currently trying to decide if this market is a good place to start, or is it better to look at more affordable, owner-friendly areas where I would plan on building a team from afar. Any advice appreciated!

Thanks!
