There are many ways to find a qualified syndicator in your area that would be interested in speaking at your event! Many sponsors loves talking to others about the benefits of syndication so it shouldn't be to hard! Id start looking at meetups around your area that specialize in large multi family investing. Meetups are typically organized by other investors and usually have other experienced guests to speak to their group.You may also find actual syndicators at multifamily specific events such as the National Multi Housing Council’s annual meeting. The biggest thing you have to go out there and do is network! Let others know what it is that you are looking for! You can also check out podcast as well!
Nathan, we're in Virginia Beach, VA. Our REI, TRIG, is the largest and oldest in the area and none of the other smaller ones have done anything with syndication.
