What are some companies still insuring rental properties in Orange County California? I  found one called bamboo for $2200 a year. Wondering if there are others so I can compare prices. Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

Wondering which website is best to screen and run a background check on tenants and easy to use rental platform?

Thank You!

I see.  Yeah I think, part of the reason people are closing the house at a higher price because they are asking seller for the credit.  Thanks

Has anyone bought a house with a 321 or 21 buy down?  Wondering if the buyer or the seller ends up getting the write off on the interest every year. Also, if you refinance within the next 1 or 2 years, who will end up getting the rest of the money used to buy down the interest rate. (As I understand the money stays in escrow so it will help pay your mortgage every month. Just trying to see if its worth it or not.

TIA

Great! Thanks!

Anyone recommend a good real estate agent in palm springs who know a lot about STR, airbnb?

Do you think it's a good idea to take equity out of my home now to buy a rental property?
