This guy, Anthony, did my financing for my modular home.  My only problem is that he wants the homeowners insurance paid a 14 months in advance.  I don't know if I am allowed to share this info on this site, but here it is.

I would like to know if all this hassle is worth it.  I am buying a modular home, my mortgage is only $30 more than the rent I was paying, but the lot fee is almost $500, which replaces the property taxes - lot fee is lower than the property taxes would be.  It seems like they are nickel and diming me to death.  Wondering if it's worth it.
