Thanks Kyle! Whats interests me about real estate is pretty much everything.I'm 20 years old and although some may say that's young, I wish I had started when I was 18. As a brand new agent I have already closed 3 deals in my first 2 months which is pretty amazing for a new agent and I had 2 deals fall out.In a new city, not even 21 yet my closed deals are a result of hard work, dedication, and passion for this industry. When I get up in the morning I don't see it as a job or career its simply a lifestyle for me and I'm glad I found what i want to do the rest of my life at just 20.
My goals are to save up as much money as I can from all my closed transactions until I have enough to buy2 or 3 four-plexs ranging from 200-250k here in Vegas near the University and get some money coming in each month while building enough equity on them to cash out some years later and start going into some commercial buildings or become a developer. The potential of how much money someone can make through real estate is what catches me. What attracted me to become an agent was the simple fact that I will make as much money as the effort that I put into it, and because I was always the hardest worker at the retail store or being a grocery clerk and never found it to be fair that someone getting paid the same amount as me can slack off and not do anything and get the same pay. In this industry it pays if you work your *** off, everyone in my office is wondering how I'm doing so good, but quickly see my hunger to be successful is driving me to work 7 days a week doing everything and anything I can to get prospects and close deals.
