Pl go the the civil court website and check for family or probate files. 

Leads can never be listed so soon. May the list is old.  Unless the property is transferred or executor usually takes time to complete all mandatory tasks.. its can take minimum 2-3 months to list properties.  

I never tried knocking doors. But I am sure It works. Pulling data fromCounty clerk websites is the best way to get the list of one has time. 

I know some who used ring central. Feedback is good.

I extract auctions data from county clerk websites daily. I noticed that the auctions deleted and added back. May I know why this happens. I do not understand the reason for frequent changes in these records by the county clerk
