Greetings BP family. Does anyone have experience searching probate leads at the courthouse in Charlotte, NC?

I made it to the Charlotte estates office located in the courthouse. New to obtaining probates, i was able to only search partys by name. This requires searching partys by last name, first name. After locating the partys file, you must record his/her file name and number and the clerk will pull the file. Note: up to 5 files can be pulled at a time.
