Gonna Bring The Heat as Usual.  

We are moving more aggressively towards getting Investors up and going in the biz. Time to take off the gloves, roll up the sleeves and go Larry The Cable Guy and "Getter Done!!!!  We are in incredible times as Investors.  This window in time must be utilized to it's fullest.  We have NO TIME  to waste.  This is Our Moment in Time - Momentum Must Be Seized!!!

AN INVESTORS REHAB NIGHTMARE

What You Can Learn From This Disaster

Having successfully bought, rehabbed, sold & closed hundreds & hundreds of deals as well as built several hundred custom homes, we have seemingly seen just about everything including the good, the bad & the uuuuugly when it comes to rehabs and/or new builds!!

911-Investor / Lender Calls: Virtually on a weekly basis we get contacted by an Investor or a Private / Hard Money Lender calling to seek our advise, help, assistance and in many cases prayers about a Rehab Deal that has Gone South Big Time. Generally speaking somebody if not everybody in the deal is Going to Lose Money Big Time!!! Seriously!!! Yes there are times we can help but unfortunately we are usually contacted to late to help on some of these deals.

What You Can Learn: We will present a specific deal that we were recently asked to get involved in by an Investor in Serious Need. We will layout a significant outline as to what happened from start to finish of this deal including how this Major Rehab had to have another Major Rehab after the home was sold 3 times and had TREC Inspectors reports that are up to 40+ pages all this after a Major Rehab was already completed and Rehab Contractors fully paid.
