I have nice property in la parguera a very touristic area. looking to get some advice on building .

@David DiCairano look into short term rentals in Puerto Rico or Dominican Republic .

Lower start up cost and higher demand .

Also a bunch of tax incentives for Americans investing on the island of Puerto Rico .
