I would recommend you put keywords in that will be topics you will be interested in. "Portland" "Oregon" and "Meet-up" should be sufficient for local meet-ups. You can also make keywords like, "wholesale" or "deal" or "marketing" or whatever you would like to keep tabs on. Hope this helps!

@Charles Penn there are various companies who mine data and sell it to investors for relatively cheap. However, if you want to maximize your marketing dollars you don't want to be spending it on data. 

Most title companies have an account with core logic, the data company behind listsource. If you ask a local title company they might give you access to their portal into core logic or you can request lists of data from them directly. They still have to charge you something, but a lot of the time it is cheaper than buying directly through listsource because the title company assumes you will use them for your next transaction.

 As for an event around 12/18-12/21, unfortunately I personally am going to be out of town, however there are lot of other members who I am sure would be interested in a meet-up to discuss the market and to network. 

The past meet-up at the Kennedy School was organized by Kevin, so you might want to reach out to him and see if he is up for organizing another event that weekend. The meet-up before that was organized by @JR Hinds. If he is around those dates, you can reach out to him to see if he would be interested in helping you coordinate something like that.
