In Your Opinion Who Puts On The Best Real Estate Conferences Every Year??? Could be a short weekend workshop, could be a business conference with tons of people or just smaller groups, who is organizing them and where are they going down?

Whats the best advice for finding, funding, and doing deals involving commerical real estate? Ive heard rents are higher. Whats a good way to get my foot in the door on owning a cashflowing commercial rental?
