I think it depends on your short term and long term strategy. If you are looking long term, I would actually recommend the west side. There are significant investments from the city happening there as well as an investment from Microsoft who plans on building a new campus there. Feel free to connect and I will help any way I can.

Lilach, these can be very profitable properties - the key is to heavily theme these kind of units and make them have a unique draw to them. For example, a tinyhome that is on a trailer, or a shipping container that has been remodeled to have a modern esthetic and feel.
