Looking for a investor partner. I have a couple of profitable houses in mind, but don't have the funds. I can provide details about the home as well as profit margins. I have more than enough time to see a deal all the way threw begging to end!!!

Thank you everyone for your responses. Being bilingual definitely has its advantages. I'm going to try that!

Hi everyone I'm new to bigger pockets, as well as real estate investing. I have a property in mind, located in Houston TX that's yields a good profit. However, since I am new to this I'm looking for a hard money lender that's not associated with one of houstons large corporations. Or is that a better option? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
