Hello to all!!! It truely is a good day and now I can rest a little easier since I did successfully receive one of my checks from Pinnacle. Thank you Remy for posting earlier on my behalf as I was unable all day til now.

It is true what Remy said about me tracking down the mailman and getting my package from him, I just couldn't wait for him to get to my house, plus I was headed out of town. A word of caution, if you track down the mailman, please approach in a polite way. I almost scared that man out of his skin when he saw me coming!!! :D

The check that I received was for my payment that was due Sept 27th. My check was mailed on Oct 4th. With that in mind, it appears as though Pinnacle is 7 calendar days behind. Hopefully they will not fall much further behind.

Now I must wait until 8:59am Tuesday morning inorder to cash the check at Wachovia. Monday is a bank holiday. And all the Wachovias were closed by the time I found the mailman.

Yes it was a Wachovia check and Gene's signature is stamped on the check. The rest of the check is hand written. Just because I have received one of my payments does not mean that I will discontinue pursuing future payments for myself and the rest of the group. This is just one small step in the right direction towards a happy outcome.

Corbin64 you have a very good point about pinnacle starting another company that is linked to Pinnacle Development Partners. I just hope that you are right.

I spoke to pinnacle friday about my check and they stated it should be here by Tuesday at the latest. I will post again when my check has arrived.

You are right Remy about the USPS tracking system. I will be one of the first to call tomorrow to see if the USPS man has been to Pinnacle's office. And I will post my results.

Has anyone else here be issued a tracking number?

We should not jump to conclusions about Pinnacle. It appears as though they are trying. I called pinnacle and they told me a tracking number for my package. They also indicated that my package had not been picked up by the USPS as of yet. That was at 11am EST today. I then went to the USPS site and lookup my tracking number and the site indicated that USPS was notified by the shipper to expect my package for shipping.

So in other words, my package has not been shipped as of today. I will check the usps site again tomorrow for any progress. Any one have any questions, please pm me.

00Kevin, I have no idea how much pinnacle needs inorder to pay back their investors. I only have a few accounts with pinnacle and not alot of funds in either one. But I know some people with 6 figure accounts. One which was due on the 26th and they have yet to receieve their funds. But Pinnacle stated that their check will go out first thing this upcoming week. I will keep everyone posted when checks come in.

Hey Tang1234 nice post and thanks for the information. Did Pinnacle state why they would not send checks via fedex if the investors paid for it? Think about it. They are using usps, which I'm sure costs them something, to help reduce their expenses. So would it not make more sense for them to completely allow the investors to pay for their own shipping, ultimately eliminating their shipping expenses? In addition to that, Fedex will come to their office and pick up each checks and deliver them. Using USPS requires one to drive to the post office and mail each check individually which can be very time consuming.

Can anyone here help me understand why Pinnacle is requiring the usage of USPS?

BTW, I have not received my bank wire which was due on the 27th of Sept. I called Pinnacle about it and they stated they were two and a half days behind on getting payments out. I will let everyone know when my funds have arrived. Plus I am due another payment on Oct 4th and I will request either a Fedex delivery or I will check to see if they will allow me to pick up my check at their office.
