Im looking to invest in the pittsburgh area as well. I hear it is a depressed market but there is tons of money to be made. I heard of one guy buying like 20 houses per month. Plus the rentals are pretty good in that area?

Devasted, good post. This is the kind of stories we need for people to hear. Please post your story and your mother's story at this link:

Thanks

Im going to make this as short and brief as possible.

I am not going to tolerate anyone calling me and accusing me of being apart of the pinnacle scam. I am in no way shape form or fashion involved with Pinnacle and never was and never will be!!!!! I AM AN INVESTOR JUST LIKE MOST OF US HERE!!!! We are all in the same boat and paddling up the same river. My funds are frozen just like everyone else's!! So the next person that even remotely thinks about calling me so they can accuse me of partaking in this scam, here's my advice, DON'T MAKE THE CALL!! I cant believe that this person had the nerve to call me and ask me whats going on, then after I told them, they start accusing me of stealing their money!! None of us investors deserve this kind of treatment.

Ok, now that is off my chest I can move on.

I want to give a welcome to all the new members, especially investors, of this forum and thanks for coming. Please share this forum with other fellow investors so they can stay up to date on the latest changes and urgent news. :welcome:

I also want to encourage everyone to post their pinnacle story at the following link. The receiver stated that they are swapped with emails and calls, therefore, we can reduce their work load by posting our stories on the "Pinnacle Investor's Stories Told" thread. We need these stories so people can hear our voice and feel our emotions.

Here's the link to post your story:

Email me at [email protected] if you have questions about why we set up this new thread for our stories.

Hey Chemar22,

Thanks for all the info.

Good to hear that you have been in contact with some at Hays Consulting office. Did they say anything about the real estate Pinnacle owned?

Thanks and keep us updated as more comes available.

Hey Linda,

No need to be nervous while posting. We are all here for information and knowledge. And Im sure that most of us are glad to see you posting.

Have you frozen any personal assets of those involved with Pinnacle?

Is there anything that us investors can do to help out with the investigation? Im sure we all want to resolve this case as orderly and quickly as possible and any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Will you please notify us of the court date?

Thanks for all your hard work and overtime.

Ms. Baldwin,

Thanks for the update and welcome to the forum! It is good to have you here. :welcome:

Can you share with us the normal procedure a receiver follows when investigating a company like Pinnacle or any other company that is under SEC investigation? I believe some of us will be able to sleep easier if we know what to expect in the near future or at least a general outline of protocol would be most helpful.

Thanks for stopping by Ms. Baldwin and Im looking forward to working with you.

Kerty9.

When I spoke to the attorney at the GA SEC office today he clearly stated that they believer pinnacle has at least 13 million in assets excluding the funds they have in their bank account. He also stated that there was chance that investors will get some funds back once these assets are sold.

This is why I need everyone to email their story to [email protected]. A few have already done so and I thank you, but we NEED a ton more. Please tell your friends, family and strangers to email their story to [email protected]. And if you are unsure if you have already sent your story please send it again. Please feel free to include the amount you invested and how you feel about your funds being frozen. Also, tell how this investment has changed your life for the better or worse.

Furthermore, if you have any questions about why we need your story, please email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to share the plan with you.

This thread has been viewed almost 41,000 times over the past two months. And over 1,000 times today alone. This is far more than another other thread on the net pertaining to Pinnacle.

Bodhi,

You are speaking the minds of a number of us investors and I understand your anger. But whether I get a dime of my money back or not, does not mean I will go down without a fight. These people that have my money will hear from me until they know my number and first name by heart.

I refuse to just roll over and give up. And I need everyones support. Please email your story to [email protected]. This is one way that we can show how much we care for our funds and not drag this case on forever.

"NEVER GIVE UP, ALWAYS GIVE OUT!!!" :superman:

Bodhi, that is NOT the kinda welcome I had in mind for gte. We can not blame gte for the events that have transpired in the past, present or future. Or blame them for our current situation. There is a possiblity that gte just learned about this forum today or this week and was unable to warn anyone of anything. Plus gte only mentioned that an investor had said ponzi, never did they claim to have had prove that pinnacle was a ponzi.

Bodhi, please refrain from making bashful post in this forum. You could easliy sent gte a pm if you wanted to speak your mind like that.

Remember, the moderator has warned us once about bashful post and we need to respect their rules, or this thread will be shut down.

gte911u I want to give you a big WELCOME to the forum and thanks for coming. :welcome:

Im hoping that you, along with a few others, will be able to help us have a better understanding of Pinnacle's structure and sitatiion.

I also want to encourage you to invite other fellow employees and ex-employees to this forum.

My hat is off to you as well for doing the right thing.

Is it true that Pinnacle did random drug tests and a number of people failed each time, therefore, were terminated?

THANKS FOR COMING!!!!! :superman:
