Why put the address in the YL? You mailed it to and address, the letter is IN the envelope - I really don't think you get a better response with that info on the letter. Think about it - if I was :Joe Homebuyer" and I was writing a personal letter, I would not put it in the letter. The person I'm mailing to already knows where they live. Just MHO, unless I am not understanding. Kick butt!

On a small aside - is anyone noticing their YL response rate dropping? I mail to NOD recipients for short sales. Thanks!
