@Jessica A. Smith

I started with $1000 and a small direct mail campaign.  6 weeks later closed on my first wholesale deal making $10,500.

@Muhammad Saleem

I would use google to find a couple title companies near you.  Give them a call.  Explain what you want to do.  Most title companies want business and want to help you to earn your business.  Assignments are simple and I would assume most title companies will accommodate you.

We are closing on this next Thursday 1/21/16.  It never counts until the check clears though.

We have another wholesale set to close 1/25/16.

Off to a solid start for 2016!  I have a couple properties I am working on for February.

Persistence persistence persistence.

On a side note, I had pipes freeze at one of my units last weekend, I spent two hours on my back in a crawl space with a hair dryer.  Sunday Funday!

@Frank Eimiller I do it to build passive income so I can soon focus on giving back, helping others, and making a difference.

I would LOVE to renovate a home and raffle it off for free to a family in need.

@John Morey

I just recently started using Cozy to collect rent for my units.  I am in the process of introducing the tenants to it.  It is free for landlords and free for tenants if they use ACH account.  If they choose to use debit or credit they are charged a fee.

I will keep you posted on how it goes when my tenants start paying through it.

@Joseph Shevy  I agree with the majority.  Your boss would most likely assume the worst that you were planning on leaving soon.

When partaking in REI, having a license is beneficial. It also has its yearly cost to maintain it and can become another expense if you end up not closing deals as a realtor.

I typically use 45 days with a 21 day inspection period.  If they complain about the 45 days I always tell them we usually close in 30 days or less but I use 45 just so we don't have to amend the contract if we end up closing on day 31.

@Krista Walker It is better to have to much than end up with not enough!
