@Spencer Douglas Did you end up unwinding from Anderson? I'm looking to unwind from Anderson. Any tips would be appreciated! 

Anyone have tips on maintaining LLCs? We created an umbrella structured an LLC with Anderson Business Advisors. Their monthly service is quite expensive and we would like to detangle from their services and manage the LLCs on our own. Would love advice on how you all maintain your bookkeeping, yearly filings, meeting minutes, etc. Any programs out there that help with this? Thanks!

I am new to real estate and would love to get some advice. I am considering purchasing some single family homes in durham NC but have learned there will be plans to develop a 740 unit "affordable, mixed income properties" with retail space within a block of it. The area is currently undergoing transition. Here is a link to the units being developed.

Do these "affordable, mixed income" properties typically increase or decrease surrounding property value? Will these additional units make it harder to rent my property?
