Eliott Elias I feel the same the same way in regards to STR's Its job if you don't have systems in place so its pretty much on Auto pilot.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Stockton.

Purchase price: $132,900
Cash invested: $308,000

This was my primary residence until 2013. Just completed a light update on it. New roof 2022, new floor, paint, toilets, vanities, doors, light fixtures. basics lipstick rehab.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was my primary residence and my wife and I decided to rent it out.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Still learning looking to do more.
