Single-family residence other investment in Stockton.
Purchase price: $132,900
Cash invested: $308,000
This was my primary residence until 2013. Just completed a light update on it. New roof 2022, new floor, paint, toilets, vanities, doors, light fixtures. basics lipstick rehab.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It was my primary residence and my wife and I decided to rent it out.
