I’ll say this young man. There is nothing more that gives you the chance to say F U then having your primary house payed off. At 27 no less! The security you have when the 💩 hits the fan is priceless. When you start investing you’ll do it from the security of owning your primary. Sit back in a quiet room and think about it. Then make your decision. Good luck!

saying it is to cold is not proof its to cold. Put portable thermostats in each room and record temputure. you are only required to be within the legal limit. they   can threaten all they want. legal limit and maybe you bump it up a degree. after that tell them to invest in a portable heater. I've learned 85 degrees is acceptable when landlord pays and 68 when tennent pays. be firm!

It could be a burned out shell in there for all you know. You could walk away, or play it as an advantage. Maybe since they've been so difficult to deal with you look at the 2nd floor then give them a lower offer than you planned. If they turn it down, just move on.

I would never purchase sight unseen.  If what you say is accurate, I would contact the realtors brokerage houses, speak to the head of the brokerage firm, tell them verbatim as to what happened and see what they have to say about it.  Only a sucker would purchase a home without seeing the entire place for themselves.

Realty showing house, Go to see the property and they wont show second floor. Tenant's didn't make second floor available and I asked why are you wasting my time. Both relators! Well tenants aren't available to let us in. I point out I can here them moving around above us  lol. I call relator next day in the afternoon and state that there are 5 days between now and the end of the week and we don't have an answer yet on when we can get in? I haven't heard from them yet says relator. Now get this. My relator calls back and is pushing the property with out seeing second floor. she says several bids have come in That day we were there, one a cash offer. without anyone seeing the second floor and are going by the pictures. Laughable! One more point. They keep asking if we'll keep the tenents. tenets are paying 2,500 a month we are told owner is raising them to 3,000 a month. 3 bedrooms around the area are going for 3,300 a month. would you keep such difficult tenant's ?  I wouldnt. 51 days listed and as soon as we come along suddenly there are a bunch of bids with nobody seeing the upstairs. I have my theory's but would love to here yours.  By the way. Property is now on hold.

Is this really an issue? This is why we are going down hill fast in this country. I would start thinking about the title Dictator. This is what we will have with these generations of weak helpless individuals.

check or money order. If you are having an issue and need to evict for non payment and the Tennent sends any amount through Venmo, it looks as if you accepted a partial payment and you will have to start the eviction process over again.
