Hi @Craig Daniels, thanks for posting on the forums. You'll find that it's hard to truly cash flow with a fully turnkey purchase here in Florida. What's your price point? I know of a few investors in the local central/south Florida area that are having success with investing in long term rentals depending on your strategy!
