Greetings,

As a real estate investor I'm sure there will come a time when an eviction is warranted. Should one use a property manager to handle the eviction, or use their own attorney to handle the eviction?

I must say I didn't think this thread would become so popular. LOL. Thank you all for your comments and points of view.
