Hello Buffalo!

A few other members have expressed interest in having our very own  meet up group in Buffalo so we’re doing it!

Here are the details for our first meet up:

Where and When:

2nd Wednesday of every month at 6pm

Our first one will be January 10th

We’ll be meeting at Expo Market Buffalo http://www.expobuffalo.com

Grab some Food and or Drinks at the many stands they have to choose from and hang out

Why:

To meet others who are in the area who want to network and to share their experiences. Goals are to bring Buffalo Investors together and to help grow our market. We’ll be meeting specifically in the city of Buffalo every month to help attendees get familiar with the city’s up and coming areas. No sales pitches, no vendors, just a good old meet n' great with regular people who are interested or currently investing in the Buffalo market.

If you’d like to attend, please PM me with your name, number and email. The purpose of this info is to be able to contact you if we’re buried in snow this winter and need to cancel or for other unforeseeable reasons need to change things up.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing what everyones been up to!

@Erik W. Welcome back to snowy Buffalo! You're just in time to see it in action. Hope you got in all right.

@Eric Winstanley and I were talking about  a meet up in the city proper. I was suggesting we meet downtown at EXPO. http://www.expobuffalo.com

Any thoughts from others?

I wish I had experience with good contractors in Buffalo I could recommend. So far no one i've used for past projects can I recommend. I encourage you to find one that you feel comfortable with before taking the plunge if you don't have experience in renovations. If you don't mind sharing property pics we could tell how big of a project it is. If its paint and small stuff then I'd put an offer in either way, larger projects have someone lined up. Winter here puts the breaks on contractors being readily available.
