Good contractor referral in Buffalo, NY: first BRRRR deal

Hi BP members,

This is my first post ever so nice to meet you. I hope to participate and contribute more at BP in the coming 2018.

A friend and I found a distressed property near Buffalo State University and we are ready to dive in to start our first BRRRR partnership. In my first observation, the entire house needs an overhaul (new roof, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, windows, heating system, tree-cut, etc). At this point, I am looking for good contractors who can give quotes of total renovation costs before we put an offer to that property.

Is there any good contractor you can refer? Thank you!
