Tony thanks for the info.  I am new to the BP community and look forward to learning. I am interested in Spokane because we may retire in the area.  I was interested in single family or small multi family real estate utilizing a buy and hold strategy with decent cash flow.  I am interested in other areas in Washington/Idaho as well.  Any suggestions?

Hello my name is Ray, I work for a fire department in Southern California but would like to start investing in real estate.  I am very interested in the Spokane Washington area. Is this a good area to invest for a new investor?

I will be taking a trip to the Spokane Washington area this June and would like to find a good real estate agent in the area to look at a possible retirement home and investment opportunities.  Does anyone have any suggestions for an agent in that area that could help me out?
