Again whats your time frame? Maybe you can look into buying some tax liens...

What about trying your luck at some sort of seller finance deal? How much do you have saved up now? I'm 22 and have approx 15k to invest, I'm still studying and havn't attempted to obtain a conventional loan yet but I know it will be tough! Creativity! Good Luck!

Another great video would be one where you analyze deals. Maybe do like 10 different properties, a couple for SFR/duplex/fourplex/a 12-unit etc. And include everything in each analysis. Maybe provide some examples for us newbies to do while we pause the video then at the end you tell us the correct answers to make sure we go it down. Awesome!

Steve and Jackie, yes real people make real money performing these types of transactions. There are sections of BP that are devoted to those topics as well.

[b]Hello everyone, I am a newbie "investor" and I am a banker at large financial institution. Does anyone know of a course(s) that is similar to one that a real estate agent would have taken to get his/her license for free? I want to know what agents know without paying $400 for a course/license. I am on BiggerPockets everyday learning, just want to see if a "course" like this exists out there. Thank you
