@J. Martin Thanks for the post, it is very helpful. There are a lot of helpful people on this site. I grew up in Solano county (fairfield/vacaville, and lived in Vallejo also) my sister still lives in Fairfield. My ultimate goal is to become a successful investor and eventually get my sister into a home in Fairfield, with putting 2 kids thru college I just don't have enough resources atm.
