Hey everybody!

I’ve always wanted to flip houses, currently I just buy and hold real estate. I’ve always wanted to try house flipping but have been too afraid because I don’t know where to begin.

Does anybody who currently does this have any advice that can help guide me in the right direction to getting started?

Thanks in advance!

God Bless,

Raul

@Katie Lepore

Yeah it can definitely be a gal!

It’s my first year investing in real estate so I’m going to need a little help come tax time.

Hey everyone.

Was wondering if anybody would recommend a tax guy that works with real estate investors in Southern California?

@Shaun Weekes

I financed them, conventional 30yr loan.

Hey everybody I’m new to real estate investing, currently have two properties under my belt in 3 months.

But I was wondering how soon can you refinance your home using the BRRRR strategy?

Thanks in advance!
