I am considering a hard money loan to fund my next move...now I am trying to find a trust worthy and reasonable source for such funds ..any advice or wisdom you can share would be highly appreciated

@Keifer Zhang “war zones” are some of the best investments if you have the money to buy and the time to wait ...a lot of areas have time scheduled plans you can google and see what the future holds for that city...Brooklyn and Harlem in NY perfect examples and even Newburgh NY

@Greg Dickerson it’s in Orange County ny ...about 1.5 hrs north of the city ...I don’t c many if any a frame homes around though

@Greg Dickerson the land I’m working on now is about .67 acres I believe holding the land will be worth more than selling for a quick flip what do you was think

@Greg Dickerson I plan on renting out ..but we did purchase from an auction depending on the actual profit to be made I’d consider selling

That is amazing ...I’ve been involved in real estate maybe a year now and was feeling a lil depressed because it didn’t immediately take off for me ...but I do see progress and hearing a story like this is the inspiration I need. @Benjamin Wiltshire if you are a first time home owner and plan on living in the property I know you can receive lower rates on a loan also can deduct mortgage related expenses from your tax bill...find a property big enough to house a tenant or 2 as well as yourself you can receive ample income which should be enough to pay what would be your rent while still makin some sort of income

Good morning BP...I recently purchased some land through an auction and now I’m currently trying to figure out my next move ...I’ve been lookin into A-frame (avrame) homed...looking for any possible insight you have to offer ...pros cons or maybe a better strategy for a beginner like myself appreciate anything you can give to me ...

Hello BP,

Not sure if I’m in the correct forum but I had a few questions and hope someone can help me ...I’m looking to purchase my first property for 20k...it’s a total rehab estimate around 50 k...what should be my first steps...i kno I will need a plumber carpenter electrician ...any other insight /advice you can give will be greatly appreciated
