The BP podcast was actually the first REI podcast I came across right after the real estate bug bit me - which is how I ended up in the forums! Unbelievably valuable content and can't praise BP enough for that.

I'm currently about two months into my due diligence and have been meeting with real estate agents & mortgage brokers/loan providers concerning the REI process. I think I should be going through the pre-approval process within the next week or so in order to have a better idea as to what my financing situation'll potentially look like. Can't wait! Exciting stuff! Will be sure to keep the BP community posted.

I was actually going to attend the last little Havana networking event a few weeks back but unfortunately, work kept me in the office until late that evening. I'm definitely keeping tabs on future Miami events though!

If you could share the thread, that'd be great!
Is there another meet up on the works? I normally search via the Events page, but would be great to hop on the thread if there is one.

I'm actually new to Miami (just relocated here about a month and a half ago from Madrid) and starting to study the Miami market in order to eventually invest in a rental property - most likely an SFR or MFR a little further out from Miami Beach. @Karl Hinkel would it be possible to get ahold of the trends in Miami Beach?
