Hey BP,

A realtor I know sent me a few deals in Raleigh, NC. I have a buyer that would potential be interested in these properties. I was wondering how I should structure this deal so that I get my fee if my buyer wants them? All the properties are on the MLS.

I was wondering do I just add my fee on to the price or what? I had a friend tell me I should do a quit claim deed. I just want to hear some feedback from you'll on this subject.

Thanks

@Rich Johnson @Shannon K.

I have also heard this. These properties might not be for a rehab buyer. I have a few buy and hold investors that might pay for the REO properties at a higher price. I will just have to see what I can get my hands on.

Thank you both for your feedback!

@Christopher Goldie Thanks for the advice. When I do this I will be only sending them directly to my buyers.

Hey BP,

I'm in search of a Realtor in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area to build a working relationship with. I'm searching for a realtor that can bring me some OFF MARKET deals, that I can present to my cash buyers! I have a few very strong cash buyers in Raleigh, NC. They are constantly calling me asking for more deals! I am open to trying to do deals that are on the MLS as well.

I'm looking to add a realtor to my team to help grow my business. I also want to bring value to the realtor in any way I can. By helping them grow and make some money in the process.

If you are interested please reach out to me.

Thanks

Hey BP,

I wanted to start acquiring REOs to wholesale. Does Anybody have any advice for me dealing with REOs?

I am new to this and I am all ears. Thanks in advance for the advice!

I already have an attorney that does dry closings also, I know that is something that is very important.
