what do I need to know? 

I have decided to take up wholesaling to start out in real estate, but since this is all new to me I'm now sure which paperwork to use. I"m in NJ and I picked up a purchase and sale agreement from my local staples, and also printed two forms off of smartlazyinvestor.com

One was another type of purchase and sale agreement and also a assignment of contract form. Are these the correct forms I need to use? 

This is my biggest hold up from me really getting started. I need to figure out the correct paper work, and understand how to use it. Any help will be appreciated. 

I recently was talking to someone that was interested in finding undeveloped land for commercial use in the state of NJ. Now i mean hundreds of acres of undeveloped land and being that the person is a family friend I thought i would lend a hand. I'v been searching everywhere i could possibly think of and have come up with little to nothing. Am i missing something or perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. Any help is appreciated.

hello i'm interested in jumping into the wholesale housing aspect of real estate. iv done plenty of research and self education on the topic and feel like i'm just about ready to start taking action. I would be happy to meet a few locals who are in or are ready to jump into this like myself. Lets connect
