I am in search of an inexpensive, yet reliable and updated, email list of builders and an email list of land investors operating in the Dallas, Austin, and Houston areas. The intent is to network and present well below-market land investment opportunities that may align with their interests. If anyone here could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Do multifamily owners typically charge for CC and debit card charges to their tenants?

Has anyone done a comparison of what is the recomended,  best and lowest price Merchant Processing Companies exist, out in the marketplace.  I currently use Square but the fees are too high for debit cards - the majority of my rental income.

We need EXPERIENCED RV & MH Park contractors to build parks and expand and update existing parks up to 90 miles East of Dallas Texas.

Does anyone know where I can find a program that produces an amortization schedule that will handle different payment amounts AND different dates.  All amortization programs I found are fixed dates and payments and that will not work as I sell and finance land where many of the buyers make payments and dates on their ability to pay.
