I'm planning to start investing on my first rental property using an FHA loan - live in one unit and rent the rest- and I found the following mortgage company: MCP Mortage Capital Partners (mortgcap.com)

I've not been approved yet with a loan but I'd like to hear any review or suggestion about this company, if any.

As a note: I plan to purchase in Central NJ so any recommendations/suggestions are very welcome.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post. 

I'm a systems engineer and my specialty is security. I've been working in this business for about 7yrs.

I just started reading and learning about RE and I'd like to meet somebody who is in this business and don't mind to share his knowledge and expertise in real estate.

So if anyone out there can help me get started I'm sure we can build a friendship that can be beneficial to who ever is gracious enough to reach out to me.

I'm very interested in Flip and Buy and Hold. However, any help will be very welcome.

Who I am?

My Name is Roberto Carmona, I'm 31 years old and I'm from Monterrey, Mexico. 

What I do?

I'm a Systems Engineer and I've been working in the IT industry during the last 7 years. I moved to the States 3 years ago and it has been an awesome experience.

I currently work as a Security Network Consultant in Central NJ and I just love what I do.

What I'm doing here? 

These last weeks I've been thinking about on how to make some cash flow. So I've been reading some financial books in order to know more about the different ways that I can use to start investing. So far, Real Estate caught my eye.

Currently I have ordered some books, I've listened some Podcasts at BP. In addition, I've joined some REI groups in Meetup in order to attend local meetings and gain more knowledge.

Any suggestions or recommendations are very welcome.
