Chris, I would agree with your analysis here regarding the development of Google & Apple which won't go into effect for a few years at the very least.  There's a lot of condo/apartment development taking place so I envision that the market price for condos/apartment will eventually hit a plateau.

I currently co-own a condo in North San Jose with my ex-wife. We're in good relations and we have agreed to be business partners if it is worth holding. Currently, we're in the red about $650 per month, which isn't a big deal for us since we prioritized moving out of the condo and living closer to work. Of course, I'd rather be making money instead of losing money each month. We're interested in knowing if it would be worth hanging on to for at least a couple of years, or selling in the near-term. I'm weighing the possibility of rental increases in that area since the googleplex is slated to really change downtown (hopefully for the better) and also, probably create a higher demand for rentals in the area. Additionally, last I heard, Apple is building a smaller campus a mile or two away from our condo's location. There are other projects in the work as well in the area that could potentially have a positive impact on rentals, but that likely won't happen for at least a few years. I would hate to sell the condo now and regret it five years down the road. What are your thoughts?

@Mike Lambert

Love all that info! Thanks!

That 70 mile stretch you speak of in my favorite part of athens as well! Stayed there couple years of ago. Was born in Athens and one of the neighborhoods there is where my family lived for a while. Got to go back and check out the original stomping grounds. It was cool for me to see my roots. Im just learning about the Golden Visa now, didn’t hear about it until reading the comments here.

@Daniel Sperling

Any luck?  I came across https://straticsnetworks.com/ which is looking like the best bet.  I'm trying to explore all options as well.

John, how has your experience been with Stratics?  I just came across their site and am considering on trying it out.  Have read mixed reviews.  This is what I am trying to do though, send up 1000+ per day.  I have too many numbers on my lists.  Thanks.

@Dimitris Vainas

What is the best way to look up properties there in your opinion?

@Vanessa Benavidez

You have many opportunities to choose from in LA. It’s a buyers market. Properties everywhere sitting for 60+ days on market and many off markets arise daily.

@Victor Vella

You’re 100% correct. This is how I operate with investing clients. If someone is sourcing deals that are exclusive, by having this structure with them, they will continue to bring more opportunities to you first. As you mentioned. The logic of it is very simple to comprehend yet I’ve come across buyers in this competitive Bay Area market who cannot fathom the benefits.

Everything you said is untrue.
