@Jose Martinez the Gmail email is not big deal when you're networking or talking with people.

When you put it out to the public advertising or on your website, I'd highly recommend you to use a branded email address.

For email I always use branded email (@ mynameheremarketing.com ; etc...) when I post information to the public.

Then, once they email me to that email address, I sometimes email them from Gmail because it works smoother and I think it adds a personal touch.

For my websites, I always use WordPress. It gives you a lot of control on your presence and brand.

For marketing, I use Facebook, LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, Craigslist and YouTube, depending on what you want to do.

LinkedIn and BiggerPockets are great for networking.

With Facebook you can target cash buyers and also motivated sellers.
