Thanks for the feed back....they are paying on time and up to date. the situation is I'm selling the duplex and i have a offer my buy is getting a VA loan and one of the requirements of the loan is they property has to be owner occupied. So they asked us to evict one of the tenants

hey all I'm selling my side by side duplex and I have a offer on the table...but the buyer is stating I have to evict one of my tenants....since we are still in the mist of a pandemic and we have eviction moratoriums in affect how do I handle this?

I have a tenant that got a divorce and I’m signing a new lease with him and he is asking me to change his locks is it my responsibility as a landlord
