Is there any regulation related to how many people can leave in a two-bedroom house?

I would like to have some specific requirements for a tenant before they get into the house.

Ideally, this house should be for a couple and two kids.

My question is when you pay a company/website to do the tenant screening process is the credit score included in this service, or do I get the tenant's credit score from another application?

I have flipped my first home and I’m ready to list it for rent. The house is in Denison TX.

My question is, I’m legally obliged to provide a range/stove and fridge for the tenants? If so, can I charge a little extra for rent?
