Hi All,

How to know the value of a home located in Toledo, Ohio. The property taxes say that the Assessed value is 35% of Appraised Market Value.

Ex: Assessed Value=50K does this mean the Market Value is 150K approximately? I bought it in a package deal with another property and now planning to sell.

If I go back to the seller will they credit me? Or any other option to get the credit for the remaining months?

Hi BP Experts,

This is a question about the property taxes in Lucas County(Toledo), Ohio. In March of this year I closed a property. At that time of closing I got property tax credit of 3 months.  But in July (last month) I got the semi-annual property taxes bill in which I was asked to pay taxes for the July to Dec 2018(6 months). When I went back to the Title Company they told me that Lucas County property taxes have different proration. May be Investors/Realtors/Property Managers of the Lucas County can understand and provide me a solution(if possible) to obtain the credit for the remaining 3 months.

Hi All,

One of MHP(Mobile Home Park) owner has given a option to lease the park with 20% down and buy anytime within 2 years option. Right now I have problems in getting Finance as I am a international user. Later I may get it from private lender/bank.

MHP Sale Price-175K

Gross Rents -25K

In this period:

1) I can develop the park(get repairs done to 4 MH and/or get new homes-licenced for 20 more etc)

2) Collect all the rents

3) Pay them monthly lease-$1000

I am just wondering the pros and cons of this deal. Experts please comment.

Original Tenant wants to stay. This tenant works only 3 or 4 days a week and would like to Sub-let to another(Therapist) for 2 or 3 days a week. Permanent solution. Both work from 2 locations and are in health care field.
